You can get plenty of nutrition from nuts, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. But make sure they can provide adequate protein for healthy and stronger muscles.

4. Water only Fasting
It may be good but controversial. Because, it may be dangerous without any substance in such a fast. So, get your doctor’s advice, if you want to go water only fasting. Don’t do it more than two days, even if your doctor allows to do so.
For weight loss, you can try more ways other than the mentioned above. But ensure that you get nutrition during your fast, but avoid wrong foods. In short, no sugar but a natural food only fast is the best to start your weight loss journey.
